Review ~ TouchStone for giving by Sydney Jamesson

touchstone for giving

Synopsis

Elizabeth Parker has been found …
Like a falling star she has come down to earth, landing painfully on the debris of a broken dream. What she thought of as love now seems no more than a wish left unfulfilled. Her future lies in the hands of two powerfully possessive men; each desiring her to the point of insanity.
Flawless media mogul Ayden Stone oversees her voyage of sexual awakening, introducing her to new experiences and a secret world behind locked doors, away from prying eyes. But … is he Prince Charming or merely the great pretender?
With a fighter’s instinct, Dan Rizler continues to box clever; taking his time, waiting for the right moment to strike. He will have his Princess one way or another.
Into this twisted triangle enters Elise Richards; a woman with a past and a passion for revenge: hell hath no fury like Miss. Richards.
This is a modern fairy tale full of romance, secrets and suspense. Elizabeth Parker is about to be caught, held fast by the hand of Fate; but will she be caught out or caught up in an affair of the heart, body and soul?
When nothing else matters … you have to do or die.

My Review

I loved TouchStone for play, book 1 very much.  Sydney Jamesson introduced me to two well written and lovable characters, Ayden and Elizabeth as well as the undesirable Dan.  Book 1 left me hungry for answers and longing for more of their story.

TouchStone for giving

Sydney, you did it again!  You know I am a fan of your writing and I must say, this second book was absolutely amazing.  This book…this story, touched all of my emotions.  I always love books that have that power.  I felt anger, joy, passion, angst, suspense and more joy while reading.  I smiled, I cringed and I smirked.  Wow, all I can say is it is a brilliantly written emotional roller coaster ride worth going on.

Ayden continues to be one of my favorite book boyfriends.  He shows a more playful side in this book while maintaining his passionate side as well.  Elizabeth has grown and a stronger woman emerges in this book.  Dan,  sick, creepy and ugh…

Just as in the first book, the story has a thorough, well written plot with plenty of emotional moments for the reader.  There is really so much that I want to say about this book, but I am limiting myself to avoid spoilers.

I recommend this book to anyone who loves an exquisite romance story.   I am really looking forward reading the final installment in this trilogy.

Sydney Jamesson is truly is an amazing writer.

I gave this book 5 stars!

About Sydney Jamesson

I am a Teacher of English in a Grammar School in England. I have written creatively for years, having worked as a commercial journalist and a copywriter.

TouchStone for play is my debut novel and the first installment of the Story of Us Trilogy.
I am nocturnal by nature and love nothing more than stopping up late, listening to music and being inspired to write. I find music stimulates the senses and helps me to visualize the scenes I write.
I have few interests outside of teaching, reading and writing and would consider myself a home-bird. Although, having said that, I will allow myself to be entertained by Mr. Cavill should he appear on my radar.
